Chris Scott first appeared on screen in 1997 and shortly after landed a couple of lines (or, as his friends point out, it was one line said twice) in his first feature film, the award winning The Matrix.

In 1999 Chris studied acting in New York under the direction of Actor's Studio member Marcia Haufrecht. On his return to Australia, Chris continued to find roles in films such as Close Contact and the Logie Award winning The Road From Coorain.

After working on such staples as Home and Away and being sought after as a commercial actor, Chris stepped away from acting in 2004 to travel and develop his love of writing.

2009 marked Chris' return to acting and already he has hosted his own handyman segment on Fox, found leading roles in a range of commercials and starred in several notable short films.
