Sydney based actor and writer, Chris Scott, the eldest of two talented siblings, grew up on a small farm in the picturesque coastal village of Boat Harbour in north-west Tasmania. Chris and his brother, Clinton, enjoyed an active childhood surfing, riding bikes, peeing on electric fences and generally getting up to mischief on the land. In their early years both boys showed tremendous creative ability and each spent an inordinate amount of time drawing, writing and playing music. It was in these early years Chris became engrossed with dreams of being in front of the camera.

After gaining his first break - a bit-part in The Matrix - Chris secured an agent and moved to New York to study under Actors Studio member Marcia Haufrecht. See the actor page for more info.

Outside of acting, Chris' varied professional experience includes working as a police officer, bar tender, tour guide, graphic designer, fire fighter and most recently as an advanced high-speed driving instructor specialising in trucks.

In his time off, Chris can be found riding through the countryside on his motorbike, in the mountains climbing a cliff, running through the bush or learning French. Never one to sit still, he also squeezes in time to play his treasured violins and draw a few pictures.
